Senior Technology Liaison

– close collaboration with business users to deliver high quality of services
– supporting business users 
– managing financial reporting requirements in EMEA region
– working with international support teams to help resolving technical issues
– use SQL in profiling large datasets for analysis or testing efforts, with multiple/multi-type table joins, multiple keys, and nested queries and look at performance and quality
– develop project management deliverables and effectively coordinate project delivery between business and technology teams
– provide clear oral and written communications to a variety of business and technical audiences including senior management and junior associates
– perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions, identify points of interest and ways to improve the process based on those results
– understand and apply tools for gathering data and performing analysis
– act as a liaison between teams to gather and communicate essential information for process improvement
– data modeling and creating RPD for OBI Analytics and Visualization
